2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with taka26. Accounts created using false information will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

• Please provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and mobile number during registration.
• You may be required to submit a national ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until verification is complete.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Payments

Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited. If any such transaction is detected, taka26 reserves the right to hold the funds and investigate the account.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly; if you experience any issues, please contact support.
• Taka26 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• To prevent money laundering, taka26 monitors all transactions and may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from taka26. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the KYC process is complete.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. In most cases, withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

• Additional identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering conditions that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• In cases of suspicious activity, taka26 may place a withdrawal on hold pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on taka26. Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate the bonus system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
• Harassing other members or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.

8 Responsible Gaming

Taka26 is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any verified balance before your account is closed.

• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed and no breach of Terms is established, any remaining balance will be refunded.

Taka26 is not liable for any compensation if its services are interrupted for any reason, including technical issues, maintenance, or connectivity problems.
